A Microsoft introduziu um recurso que permite compartilhar guias no navegador Edge

Edge browser has new feature to share tabs

During the Microsoft Ignite event, which runs from October 12 to 14, the tech giant made a lot of interesting announcements. In addition to the story about technically complex solutions for cloud service customers, convenient features for common users are also presented, in particular, Edge Workspaces. There are other additional features in Microsoft's browser.

Edge Workspaces is a new feature that allows teams of peers and/or like-minded people to share browser tabs. Microsoft believes the feature can be especially useful when a new team member is involved in the implementation of a project. Instead of sending multiple links and files, she can send a single link to a "package" of Edge Workspace. As the project evolves, the tabs will be updated in real time. It is known that many companies have already offered similar solutions, none of which have gained general popularity.

In terms of security, Microsoft has introduced a very important function to check the spelling of the URL in the browser's address bar. This is expected to protect users from accidentally visiting fraudulent resources that masquerade as websites of well-known companies and have similar addresses.

In addition, it will be possible to voluntarily activate the enhanced security mode, which, in particular, applies the strictest restrictions when visiting unknown websites. For example, JavaScript dynamic JIT compilation is disabled. These measures will not help if an already known website is infected, but they will provide protection in some cases.

Finally, Edge will bring a series of features to make the browser easier to use, including for people with disabilities, from generating subtitles during audio playback, speaking menus and other information, and even changing page colors to optimize readability. and the contrast.
