The brand new camera arrives with lenses Carl Zeiss/12K video support 

Blackmagic Design announced the Ursa Mini Pro 12K, its first video camera with 12K video support in RAW format at 60 fps. The novelty is an enhanced version of the Ursa Mini Pro camera, supporting a 4.6K video recording resolution.
The Ursa Mini Pro 12K camera is based on the Super 35 sensor with a resolution of 12288 × 6480 pixels and a dynamic range of 15 speeds, which also allows you to record videos in RAW format with a resolution of 8K at 110 frames / s and 4K Super 16 a 220 frames / s. A similar sensor is installed in the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, designed to record video with a resolution of up to 4K.
The new camera uses PL support, compatible with a wide range of high-quality film lenses, and can be replaced by Canon EF and Nikon F mounts. Other features include built-in ND filters, two CFast and SD / UHS- card slots II and a SuperSpeed ​​-C 3.1 Ger 2 USB expansion port for faster data transfer to external solid-state drives.



According to Blackmagic, additional pixels will help to obtain a cleaner image in 8K or 4K using downsampling and will also allow you to crop the image in post-production without loss of quality. The Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve software can now be used to edit 12K frames, and the compression function allows you to store video versions in 4K, 6K and 8K resolution at the same time.
