POCO

EXCLUSIVE: Alleged photo shows the design of Poco's upcoming X5 Pro smartphone

The design of the phone is pretty good, and seems to match images @JAOLtech shared on Twitter earlier this week. Remarkably, the teaser has since been removed from Flipkart (an Indian Amazon competitor).

Assuming @JOALtech's information is correct, the Poco X5 Pro will be released internationally just like its predecessor; presumably also in the Netherlands. The device would have a Snapdragon 778G CPU, a 120 Hz amoled screen (full HD) and 108 MP camera, with a 5,000 mAh battery, which can be quickly recharged at 67 watts.

In terms of design, the Poco X5 Pro is somewhat similar to the recently released Xiaomi Redmi Note 12. It is common for Remi devices to be rebranded as Pocos, although Poco has actually been 'officially' independent from Xiaomi since 2020.

When the Poco X5 Pro will be released, and at what price, is still unknown. The predecessor X4 Pro is now sold from 330 euros, although you could easily find it for under 300 euros until a few weeks ago.
