Acer apresentou novos laptops da série Nitro com um processador Intel Core 13

Acer Nitro: 13th Gen Intel Core and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series Graphics

Acer introduced powerful new Nitro laptops with the latest 13th generation Intel Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards.

Designed for gamers, the new models are equipped with 16- and 17-inch screens. According to the company, notebooks have become lighter, thinner and differ in reduced frames.

The Nitro 16 model (AN16-51) has 5% more screen space than its predecessor and features a 16-inch WUXGA or WQXGA display with a 165 Hz refresh rate. NVIDIA Advanced Optimus technology gives users the ability to dynamically switch between integrated and discrete graphics cards without the need for a reboot. The model received four-zone RGB backlighting, and the screen is capable of displaying 100% of the sRGB color space and occupies 84% of the front panel.

The Acer Nitro 17 series (AN17-51) received 13th generation Intel Core HX processors. The gaming laptop case weighs less than 3 kg, the dimensions are 400.2 × 293.25 × 27.9/28.9 mm. The laptop is available with 17.3-inch displays with several options: with Full HD resolution and a screen refresh rate of 144 Hz or 165 Hz, as well as with QHD resolution and a frequency of 165 Hz. The screen occupies 81% of the panel area. The touchpad size is 125 × 81.6 mm. The keyboard has a four-zone backlight.

The new laptops received up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM (4800 MHz) and M.2 PCIe Gen 4 drives with a capacity of up to 2 TB. Both models are sold with a monthly subscription to Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass.

The devices have two coolers, four ventilation holes and come with NitroSense software, which allows you to measure the temperature of the system, adapt the speed of the fans and manage the load settings to maintain the most comfortable temperature for operation.

Each of the models supports Killer DoubleShot Pro technology, which allows you to simultaneously use the advantages of LAN and WLAN (Killer Wi-Fi 6 1650i). Laptops are equipped with HD cameras, have two microphones, two speakers with DTS:X Ultra audio systems. There is an HDMI 2.1 port, a slot for memory cards, two Thunderbolt 4 ports with support for Power Delivery technology and three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one of which is responsible for charging in "offline" mode.

The Acer Nitro 16 (AN16-51) will go on sale in North America in May, starting at $1,200. In the same month, it will be sold in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA region) and China, although the price in Europe, for example, is much higher – from 1,499 euros.

Acer Nitro 17 (AN17-51) will arrive in May in North America and EMEA, but if in the first region it will cost the same $ 1,200 for the basic version, then in EMEA — from 1,599 euros. However, Acer indicates that not only prices, but also device features may differ from region to region.
