On November 9, Samsung announced the release of the final version of One UI 5.0 firmware based on Android 13 for the Galaxy A53 5G smartphone, and the proprietary interface update was prepared a month ahead of schedule. The next day, the firmware for the more affordable Galaxy A33 5G appeared. In fact, according to the schedule, this gadget was at the end of the list of devices that should migrate to Android 13 in November.
The firmware file for the Galaxy A33 5G has the build number A336BXXU4BVJG and is almost 2GB in size. As with the Galaxy A53 5G, European owners of a low-cost 5G smartphone will be the first to receive the new software. A UI 5.0 for the Galaxy A33 5G will be rolled out to other regions in the coming days. In addition to Android 13, the file includes the October security patch, an improved user interface, and updates to Samsung-branded apps.
Traditionally, Samsung releases new software for flagship models first, and in this case, the relatively inexpensive Galaxy A33 5G was among the first.
