Netflix revela o elenco de Berlin: O novo spin-off de La Casa de Papel

Berlin: The new spin-off of La Casa de Papel

We've been waiting for news for some time, and now Netflix has revealed what are the first images of Berlin, its spin-off of La Casa de Papel centered on the eponymous character.

In a small trailer made available, we (re)discover the phlegmatic Andrés de Fonollosa, aka Berlin, still portrayed by Pedro Alonso and very elegant in his three colored suits. For this prequel, which is set to take place before the events depicted in season one of La Casa de Papel, he will be surrounded by a new band of acolytes; this mini trailer gives us a quick overview of the crash team.

The presentation begins with Damian (Tristán Ulloa), a middle-aged man who seems to like a turtleneck – an important criterion for being part of the Berlin team, if his personal wardrobe is any indication. We then discover Kaila (Michelle Jenner), a young woman who is bouncy if she doesn't smile, then Cameron (Begoña Vargas), who is very excited about the idea of playing a dangerous game.

We'll have to wait for the release to find out, as the camera quickly cuts to Roi - no, nothing to do with the main series' Rio, played by Miguel Herrán; this one is played by Julio Peña. The last spot to be filled is occupied by Bruce (Joel Sánchez), who already presents himself as the gang's troublemaker.

On the other hand, don't expect to know more, as we're only entitled to a few seconds' close-up on each character. His motivations remain mysterious, as do their respective specializations; impossible, therefore, to know what its objective will be.
