South Korean giant launches update for four of its models

SamMobile page announced the arrival of October security patches for four smartphones. What specific models are these and what are the other details? Maybe yours is in the updated device list.

Galaxy S20...We'll mention the Samsung Galaxy S20 series right at the beginning. All models should receive the October update, i.e. Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ aj Galaxy S20 Ultra. We will mention that a week before them, it also received the latest security patch Samsung Galaxy S20FE. The update comes to 4G variants of old flagship smartphones with the firmware designation G98xFXXSFFVIB.

5G versions have firmware marked G98xBXXSFFVIB. According to the latest information, the update should already be available here in Slovakia. The entire series was introduced with Android 11 OS and One UI 3 GUI. The latest Android 13 with One UI 5 superstructure is said to be available to users by the end of this year.

Galaxy S21FE...Another updated device is Samsung Galaxy S21FE. So far, the update has spread among individual users in Asian countries, but now it is also coming to Europe. Availability has already been announced in Slovakia.

Note 10 Lite...Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite will also please pleasantly with the October update. Firmware in version N770FXXS8GVI2 it only brings enhanced security. The smartphone was officially launched in January 2020 with Android 10 operating system. Android 13 with One UI 5 is expected to be deployed in the near future.

Galaxy A52...Finally, we have more on the Samsung Galaxy A52 list. This smartphone features the arrival of the latest firmware known under the designation N770FXXS8GVI2. The availability of the update is currently reported in Russia, but it is expected to arrive soon in other countries as well.

In conclusion, we mentioned that the last October security patch fixes 47 vulnerabilities in the system. In addition, maybe Samsung has also implemented some fixes for known system issues which can make individual phones more stable and reliable after the update.
