Rollerdrome: Third-person shooter, debuted on official PlayStation YouTube channel

As part of the regular PlayStation Underground feature, a 7-minute gameplay video featuring Rollerdrome, a third-person shooter, debuted on PlayStation's official YouTube channel.

Remember that players in the role of the star of the brutal tournament “Rollerdrome” Kara Hassan will have to skate around the arenas, perform tricks (give ammo) and shoot opponents at the same time (replenish health).

To aid in destroying opponents at high speed, Kara will have the Reflex Time ability, which slows down time for a few seconds. Linking kills in a chain increases the rank issued at the end of levels.

In a post on the PlayStation Blog website, the developers note that standing still at the Rollerdrome is certain death: "Walk like your life depends on it, because it is."

Rollerdrome is scheduled for release on August 16 on PC (Steam), PS4 and PS5. In the first two weeks of release, the game will be available for purchase to Valve users and subscribers to any PS Plus plan at a reduced price.
