Y9a with stylish design and fast charging (40W)

A few days ago, Huawei launched the Enjoy 20 Plus 5G smartphone aimed at the Chinese market. But Enjoy's models are later brought to the international market under different names. This time too: as expected, Huawei announced the Y9a, which is the global version of the Enjoy 20 Plus 5G, but with a number of important differences.



Externally, the devices are identical - both have the flagship design Mate 30. Huawei Y9a received the same Full HD + screen (2400 × 1080) with a diagonal of 6.63 inches, only, unfortunately, support for 90 Hz is missing , unlike Enjoy 20 Plus… 5G. In addition, the new device uses a less efficient platform: MediaTek Helio G80 instead of Dimensity 720.



The 4200mAh battery remains unchanged, as does the 40W high speed charging. It is true that there is a small postscript on the Huawei website, which says that the smartphone will be equipped with a 40-watt charger only in some countries, and in the rest the device will receive a 22.5 W adapter.
The device is available in two colors with 128 GB of storage (+ support for microSD), in addition to 6 or 8 GB of RAM. The dimensions of the Huawei Y9a are 163.5 x 76.5 x 8.95 mm and weighs 197 g.
