Hackers usam protótipos da Apple para invadir iPhonesHackers use Apple prototypes to hack into iPhones

Motherboard has published an investigation that reveals hackers are using prototype iPhones to successfully hack into Apple's smartphones on the market. The prototypes in question are stolen from production lines and then sold for a minimum value of $1,800 (about 1,600 euros).
The reason is because these iPhones have a less protected operating system that are used by security researchers to discover vulnerabilities, a knowledge that is thus used by hackers for illicit purposes.
It would have been through these prototypes that in 2016 the FBI would have gained access to the iPhone 5c belonging to the terrorist responsible for the attacks in San Bernardino, USA. At the time it was learned that the US federal authority paid more than a million dollars to access the smartphone, with payment being made to an unidentified entity. Miguel Dias
