Netflix tests subscription that will cost half the price
Variety is advancing with the news that Netflix is testing a new subscription exclusively for mobile devices, which will cost only the equivalent of 3.21 euros. Remember that currently the cheapest subscription to Netflix costs 7.99 euros.
The test has already been confirmed by Netflix and is apparently taking place only in "selected countries" which includes, for example, India. The statement provided by Netflix also opens doors for weekly subscriptions instead of exclusively monthly.
"We are always looking for ways to make Netflix more enjoyable and accessible. We will test different options in selected countries where members can, for example, see Netflix on their mobile devices for a lower price and subscribe for shorter periods of time, "the statement said. Miguel Dias
