Huawei strengthens mid-range with new smartphones P smart
Last year, Huawei brought to market many innovations in several product lines, with innovation in the integration of artificial intelligence features, with Mate10 Pro qualifying as the best smartphone of the year, but it was the mid-line and the P8 light that generated more sales. Now the brand is strengthening this mid-range with a new line of products, the Huawei P smart, which hits stores next week.
Tiago Flores, head of mobile business at Huawei in Portugal, explains that for the brand it is very important to bet on diversity and to cover all the users' needs, and that this is a bet to keep, remembering that some brands have already abandoned some of the segments.
The new smartphones are in a price range between 200 and 300 euros, which is the fastest growing in Portugal. "This is an important range, where consumers are very demanding from the point of view of use, want to be always online, do not live without a smartphone and want to shoot and immediately share the images and posts", justifies Tiago Flores, who believes that P's smart features can make him a sales leader.
The new line opens a concept that the company wants to bring to the mid-range, with top features like full-view use on a 5.6-inch screen, dual 13 + 2MP rear camera and f2.0 aperture. The device has an 8 MP front camera, 32 GB of memory, the latest version of Android with the EMUI 8 and 3.000mAh battery.
