It does not take much to fool the security of Galaxy Note 8
The Galaxy Note 8 is equipped with a face recognition system that allows users to unlock the device using their own faces, an option that (in theory) makes it difficult to access the smartphone. In theory, note, because a web developer managed to go beyond the system using only one photograph.
Mel Tajon used his Twitter account to show how easy it is to bypass the Galaxy Note 8 facial recognition, showing just one photo of him displayed by another Galaxy Note 8 to unlock Samsung's new smartphone.
Note to the Business Insider that the case may be a bit more serious than it seems, since even poor quality photographs of the user - such as those available in profile photos on Facebook or Instagram - can be used with the same effect.
