It's called Bonfire and it's a Facebook secret video app.

After months of rumors circulating about a covert Facebook app called Bonfire, The Next Web did indeed confirm its existence, having discovered it in the Apple App Store in Denmark.
Bonfire is a video-based application that allows you to keep video calls with multiple users, and you can apply filters and effects similar to Snapchat to make conversations more fun.
For now the user base is still small (two thousand users) but it seems that Bonfire has managed to have a "good user retention", so Facebook can have another success in 'hands'.
