CES 2025

CES 2025 - Conheça o Ai Me, o robô companheiro da TCL que une fofura e inteligência artificial

Ai Me: TCL's companion robot that combines cuteness and artificial intelligence

At CES 2025, TCL unveiled Ai Me, its modular AI robot concept, considered the world's first in this format, designed to accompany families and take care of children. The robot, which has an owl-inspired design, sits on a removable capsule base and can be easily transported. With expressive digital eyes that blink and change according to its mood, and a child-like voice, Ai Me interacts playfully with users. Equipped with sensors and cameras, the robot is able to perceive its environment, record videos, take photos and store memories for users.

Ai Me can also function as a surveillance camera, monitoring the home when the family is sleeping or when security is needed. In addition, the robot can be connected to smart devices, for example, controlling lights, temperature and other appliances. Its advanced technology allows it to recognize, identify and describe objects and people around it when requested. One of Ai Me’s innovative features is its modularity, which allows users to remove it from its capsule base and connect it to other devices, such as smart cars. When integrated into the car, Ai Me can take control of the entertainment system and essential settings, such as the weather app. To further increase its versatility, TCL also plans to launch a “mini core,” a camera and microphone that can be attached to the robot, allowing users to capture videos and photos from different angles.

During its CES 2025 presentation, TCL showed that Ai Me can create, edit and share personalized videos with the family, including special moments and daily activities. In addition, the robot can generate AI-based images and animations to entertain children before bedtime, and is customizable and can be dressed up in clothes, making it more appealing as a digital “toy.” While Ai Me is just a concept at the moment, and TCL has yet to announce plans for mass production, the company emphasized that the working prototype shown at CES 2025 is well underway. TCL’s vision is to create a more humanized and engaging interaction, with the goal of making robotic assistants more accessible and natural for family life.
