The iPhone 15 Pro is expected to include Wi-Fi 6E support
According to a research note today of Barclays analysts Blayne Curtis and Tom O’Malley, Apple plans to add the support for Wi-Fi 6E to some of its latest iPhones. It is rumored that Wi-Fi 6E will only be available on iPhone 15 Pro e iPhone 15 Pro Maxwhile the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will continue to use Wi-Fi 6.
Wi-Fi 6E will allow faster and more reliable wireless connectivity on iPhone 15 Pro models. But what is Wi-Fi 6E? Wi-Fi 6 operates on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands, while the Wi-Fi 6E also works on the 6GHz band for more bandwidth. It also offers faster speeds, lower latency, and less signal interference, as long as a compatible device is connected to a Wi-Fi 6E router, available from brands like TP-Link, Asus, and Netgear.

Apple has already added Wi-Fi 6E to a number of iPad Pro and Mac models since last year:
iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 inch (2022)
MacBook Pro 14/16 (2023)
Mac mini (2023)
Mac Studio (2023)
Mac Pro (2023)
The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max would be the first iPhones to have support for Wi-Fi 6E, as the iPhone 14 lineup is limited to regular Wi-Fi 6.
