Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic: shown in detailed renders

In the last week of July, the Unpacked event will be hosted in Seoul, South Korea to reveal the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. The Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will also be made official there.

Last month, we saw the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, which has now appeared in official images with the Watch 6, showing the smartwatches in different colors.

The source claims that the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 will come in silver, black and beige in two sizes – 40mm and 44mm. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, on the other hand, will come in 43mm and 47mm sizes in black and silver. However, it might become available in more colors later.

Samsung used Sapphire Crystal Glass for both models, and they will have 5 ATM water resistance and LTE connectivity. Images shared by the source reveal that the 40mm model of the Galaxy Watch6 with LTE connectivity will have a model code of SM-R935F, while the 44mm version will be SM-R945F. The 44mm variant without LTE connectivity will have the model number SM-R940.

The 43mm version of the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic with and without LTE connectivity will have model names SM-R955F and SM-R950, respectively.

The Watch6 and Watch6 Classic will be powered by the Exynos W930 SoC, with the Classic model featuring a physical rotating bezel. Today’s renders also show the Classic model with leather straps and a regular pin buckle, while previously leaked images showed it with a silicone strap and magnetic clasp.

Samsung has said that the Galaxy Unpacked event will take place at the end of July, but has yet to confirm the date. Rumor has it that it will take place on July 26th.
