Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 review

The return of the bezel and a larger display. What will the Galaxy Watch 6 offer?

Samsung is one of the most successful technology companies in the world. In addition to smartphones, it is also very successful in the segment of smart watches, where it successfully competes with Apple. This year, it will launch the Galaxy Watch 6 model, which will arrive again in two sizes. Now thanks to the tipster Ice Universe we find outthat the South Koreans will install a larger display in the watch.

Larger display and smaller bezels...Whether the Galaxy Watch 5 is more or less successful, it is among the best on the market. It is therefore not surprising that this year will see a successor. Although there is still a lot of time left until the Galaxy Watch 6 is introduced, we are already getting some information. Specifically, these smartwatches will arrive in two sizes – 40 and 44 mm. That is, in the same dimensions as last year. However, we will soon see larger displays.

The smaller model should boast a 9% larger display than last year. The AMOLED panel will grow to 1.31 inches from last year’s 1.2 inches. The larger variant jumps from 1.4 to 1.47 inches. Hand in hand with larger displays also comes better resolution. Fans can also look forward to thinner bezels.

The return of the rotating bezel...We don’t know much about the Galaxy Watch 6 yet, but a little has already surfaced. For example, we will see a bigger battery and price. Recently, there is also talk of a popular rotating bezel that was used to control the system.
