Galaxy Watch 6 will have improved battery

One of the biggest problems with the open Wear OS operating system is how taxing it is on your battery. The shorter durability of smartwatches with this system is offset by the functions they offer. Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 should bring a significant improvement in this regard, reported the Sammobile portal.

Information about the official appearance of the model is not yet available to the public Galaxy Watch 6 but they probably should have a rounded display and a newer version of the One UI system. They will also have enhanced functions and likely a larger capacity battery.

Information began to appear on the Internet that the new model of the watch should hit the market with better battery life. It should be a battery with a capacity of 300 mAh. In case Galaxy Watch 5 is about 284 mAh. However, this difference probably doesn't guarantee watches have better durability. This would be possible in the case of more energy efficient display chip implementation.

Samsung currently offers two versions of the Galaxy Watch 5 model. For those who 40mm version has a battery with a model number SM-R93xv 44mm version, you can find the model number SM-R94x. Probably in the case of Galaxy Watch 6 we will also see Pro version. It is for this reason that theories arise that the Galaxy Watch 6 Pro model will hit the market with a larger battery capacity and therefore also with better resistance.
