Magic5 Ultimate available for sale in the Chinese market

Honor has just unveiled the Magic5 Ultimate. At an event held in China, the company presented the Honor5 series and added this special edition for the local market.

Beneath the sleek leather-wrapped exterior, the Magic5 Ultimate is actually a 16/512GB max Honor Magic5 Pro.

The Honor Magic5 Ultimate comes in Elegant Black or Burning Orange, both in vegan leather, with a premium Montblanc Bespoke leather case in retail packaging. The Ultimate also comes with USB-C headphones in the package, unlike the rest of the series.

These subtleties aside, the Magic5 Ultimate is the same full-fledged flagship as the Pro. On the front, it has a 6.81-inch 1312 x 2848px OLED LTPO with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, inside is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip with 16GB of RAM and a 5,450mAh battery with 66W charging 

There are two camera sensors on the front – a larger-than-usual 12MP selfie camera and a depth sensor. On the opposite side is a triple 50MP camera – a 23mm f/1.6 wide unit with a custom 1/1.12″ sensor, a 90mm 3.5x periscope zoom, and a 13mm ultrawide with autofocus and macro capabilities.

You can pre-order the Honor Magic5 Ultimate in China right now for CNY 6,699 (€908). Shipments are expected to start on March 20.
