iPhone 15 will be sold without SIM tray in Europe
The iPhone 15 and 15 Pro will be sold in France without a SIM tray. They will support eSIM only, according to the publication.
It is likely that in other European countries, the iPhone 15 will not receive a SIM card slot either.
Apple generally sells the same iPhone model in most parts of Europe. For example, the iPhone 14 Pro with the A2890 index, in addition to France, is sold in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Currently, the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro without the SIM tray are only available in the US.
