iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a record: the frames on smartphones
The iPhone 15 Pro Max will have the thinnest bezels of any smartphone on the market, beating the record currently held by the Xiaomi 13. This according to the “Ice Universe” leaker, who has in the past disclosed accurate information about Apple’s future plans.
Both models in the iPhone 15 Pro range are expected to have slimmer, more curved bezels than the iPhone 14 Pros, which could lead to an Apple Watch-like look, but if the leaker’s prediction is correct, the larger 6 .7 inch will have even smaller frames.
In un tweet, Ice Universe he has declared That the iPhone 15 Pro Max will “break the record” of the frames 1.81mm held by the Xiaomi 13, with the Apple model having bezels of just 1.55mm. The bezels of the iPhone 14 Pro measure 2.17 mm, while those of the Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23 measure 1.95 mm.
According to rumors, the bezels on all four iPhone 15 models should be slightly curved around the edges, similar to the iPhone 11 series, but the width of the bezels on the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus shouldn’t deviate from those of iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. The iPhone 15 range is also expected to feature the same display size as last year’s range.
With even thinner bezels around the display, iPhone 15 Pro models may look similar to the Apple Watch Series 7 and Series 8. Rumors suggest the Pro models will also feature a titanium rather than stainless steel bezel, and solid-state volume, mute, and power buttons that don’t physically move when pressed.
