As new laptops based on 13th generation Intel Core processors and Nvidia GeForce 40 Laptop graphics are sold, higher-end models are starting to get cheaper.
A typical example of this is the Acer Predator Triton 500 SE. Despite having gone on sale in the middle of last year, the model is already offered in the United States at a significant discount.
Whereas previously one of the top versions with 14 cores Core i9-12900H and GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop was asked for $3,000, now it is $2,500. The price dropped about 17%.
The laptop's specs include 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM, a 1TB SSD, a 16-inch IPS display with WQXGA resolution and 240Hz frame rate, an Intel Killer DoubleShot Pro network adapter (E3100 Ethernet and AX1675 Wi-Fi 6E). The manufacturer himself calls this model a thin gaming notebook (thickness 20 mm).
