INTEL

Famous German blogger Der8auer visited Intel's American overclocking lab and showed his subscribers some of the tools and utilities used to test different CPU samples.
The most interesting part of the video was the demonstration of a secret efficient overclocking program called Intel ROC (Real-Time OverClocking). This application allows you to customize the voltage, power consumption and clock speed of each individual processor core, which opens up unprecedented opportunities for CPU overclocking.
As an example, the blogger tried to overclock a Core i9-13900HK mobile processor with 6 high-performance cores and 8 energy-efficient cores. And thanks to ROC, it was able to overclock the productive CPU cores to an impressive 5.9 GHz in just a few clicks.
Furthermore, it managed to approach the 6 GHz barrier, but when it reached 5.985 GHz, the system crashed. It is worth noting that the declared maximum frequency of the Core i9-13900HK in dynamic boost mode is 5.4 GHz.
From the video, it becomes clear that the Intel ROC tool is significantly superior in terms of capabilities to the publicly available Intel XTU (eXtreme Tuning Utility). But, unfortunately, this application is intended exclusively for internal use and will most likely never be freely available.
