SAMSUNG

Galaxy S23: storage space variants are presented

More and more details are leaking out about Samsung's new flagships. For example, we now know which storage variants you can choose with all models in the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. Here they are.

In the old days, you could expand the storage space of almost all Samsung smartphones with an SD card. Those days are sadly over. So you have to think carefully about how much you need before you buy. Delightful SnoopyTech let us know on Twitter which storage variants you're likely to be able to choose with the Samsung S23 devices.

The regular Samsung Galaxy S23 does very poorly. Just like last year, you get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage with the base model. There is also a variant with 256GB of storage space, but of course you have to pay extra for that.

The larger Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus improves compared to the S22 Plus. The standard model has 256GB instead of 128GB of storage. You can also get 512GB for an additional cost. Both models have 8GB of RAM on board.

Are you going for the top model, the Galaxy S22 Ultra? Just like the Plus, the cheapest version probably has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space. Of course, there is also a 512GB model, which also offers 12GB of RAM. This is useful if you do a lot of tasks at the same time. According to Snoopytech, there will likely even be a variant with 1TB storage. You could only buy it through Samsung's own website.

Samsung will announce the Galaxy S23 series on February 1st. Smartphone design has been slightly reworked. For example, the cameras on the regular S23 and S23 Plus are now loosely glued to the rear, just like on the S23 Ultra. The available colors have also leaked.

The three phones run on the ultra-fast Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which we already know from the OnePlus 11. They are also equipped with Android 13. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra could gain a new 200-megapixel camera.
