CES 2023

A MSI apresentou o roteador RadiX BE22000 Turbo com Wi-Fi 7

RadiX BE22000 Turbo router: with technology that uses artificial intelligence algorithms - helps reduce ping for gaming applications and athens that automatically change position

MSI demonstrated at CES 2023 the RadiX BE22000 Turbo router, which monitors the position of devices connected to it and adjusts its position to ensure optimal communication quality with them.

The router supports WiFi 7 standard and has MSI's own implementation of QoS technology using artificial intelligence algorithms - it helps to reduce ping for gaming applications and prioritize different types of content. The manufacturer also noted that the 320 MHz bandwidth used in the RadiX BE22000 Turbo increases the bandwidth by 4 times compared to Wi-Fi 6 based equipment.

The main advantage of the router is the antennas equipped with position-changing actuators - they track the positions of connected devices as they move around the house to ensure maximum communication quality. Unfortunately, the MSI RadiX BE22000 Turbo is unlikely to hit the market before 2024. First, the Wi-Fi 7 standard has yet to be officially approved. Second, the manufacturer needs to ensure that the antenna drivers can withstand months and years of continuous operation - even during the demonstration at the exhibition, they slowed down over time due to heating.

MSI has yet to answer some important questions about the new device. The company did not explain which devices the router prioritizes to track them dynamically. And she didn't say how much the RadiX BE22000 Turbo will cost.
