The BenQ HT 4550i has a luminous flux of 3200 lumens and an input delay of 17.9ms at 1080p resolution and 60Hz. The device supports 4K image output. In addition, the projector covers 100% of the DCI P3 color gamut.
In addition, BenQ HT 4550i has received horizontal and vertical lens shift function for easy positioning. Android TV is installed as OC, that is, the projector can be used without connecting any third-party devices to it. The price of the HT 4550i has not yet been disclosed, but journalists from the Wccftech portal believe it will be in the range of US$ 1,700 to US$ 2,700.
The BenQ GP500 model also supports 4K resolution, but unlike the HT 4550i, the device only provides 1500 ANSI brightness. The light source is designed for a lifetime of 20,000 hours. DCI-P3 coverage is 90%. The projector is equipped not only with the automatic color calibration function, but also with four speakers - BenQ calls it "Audio 360". BenQ GP500 allows you to get a 100 inch image.
In addition to the HT 4550i and GP500, the company also unveiled the HT 2060, which is a 1080p model. The projector achieves coverage of Rec. 709 at 98% and allows you to create an image with a diagonal of 100 inches.
