Samsung Freestyle projector

At CES 2022 Samsung announced a kind of freestyle in the form of a portable projector with a circular design capable of projecting images on a wall, table or even the ceiling. The device also had the same operating system inside Samsung smart TVs to stream from NetflixDisney Plus and more.

Reviews of this projector were somewhat mixed, as many reviewers felt that other portable projectors had more features at a lower cost. Samsung however, was not let down, and at CES 2023, the giant announced the Freestyle 2023, a redesigned version of the projector that adds several improvements to the formula.

Instead of a small can-shaped design, the 2023 Freestyle is shaped like a tower, which, according to Samsung, makes it more suitable for any type of environment. Inside, the projector now has three lasers with technology, too, Edge Blending, which can connect two Freestyle 2023 projectors together for a brighter, wider projection.

The 2023 Freestyle model still has Samsung's smart TV operating system installed and allows users to interact with some special applications, either by touching the projected image on a wall or other surface or through guests. There are currently no prices or availability for this new product.
