Apple launched sales of refurbished iPhone 13 series smartphones in European countries at a reduced price. The information was disclosed by the Macrumors portal.
Yes, refurbished iPhone 13 mini, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max became available for EU residents, which can be purchased 15% cheaper compared to the new model. At the same time, it is still impossible to buy a basic refurbished iPhone 13. The iPhone 13 series refurbished smartphones will soon go on sale in the US after Europe.
Refurbished iPhones are previously used devices in which Apple replaces major components. These devices come with a new battery, case, in a new box and with a complete new charging cable. These smartphones are also covered by the warranty. According to Apple, gadgets restored by the company are thoroughly checked and cleaned and, in most cases, practically do not differ from completely new gadgets.
Apple introduced the iPhone 13 series in September 2021. At the moment, the company still sells the iPhone 13 and 13 mini models, but it is no longer possible to buy the new iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max. Thus, refurbished devices are the only possibility to buy these models in the company's official store.
