During the debut of the Redmi K60, nothing was said about this accessory, but the details have already appeared. It turns out that the company has prepared an unusual case for its new sub-flagship (the phone, let's remember, is based on Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1).
It looks like a radiator and works like a radiator. The meaning is as follows: when the phone is heated, the inner layer of the cover quickly absorbs the body heat of the mobile device, and the outer layer of the cover, which looks like a radiator, effectively dissipates heat. As a result, the box lowers the body temperature by 4°C.
The useful accessory (especially for gamers) is already on sale in China in the company's Xiaomi Mall online store for 79 yuan, which is equivalent to about 11 dollars.
The Redmi K60 shares the appearance with the Pro sibling. Here we also have a 6.67” AMOLED screen with 1440p resolution, three cameras, and a 5,000 sq.mm cooling solution with a vapor chamber.
The Redmi K60 is offered in four colors - White, Green, Blue Leather, and Black with Carbon details on the sides. Price starts from CNY2,499 ($360/€335) for the 8/128 GB and can go as high as CNY3,599 ($515/€485) for the most powerful 16/512 GB version. Just like the Pro, this Redmi K60 also launches on December 31 at Xiaomi’s online store in China.
