A58x: the brand's unprecedented low-cost gadget that will have a 5G Dimensity 700 chip and 6 GB or 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM

OPPO has expanded its range of smartphones with a new low-budget model. The device will go on sale under the name OPPO A58x.

The phone is equipped with a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD display. The IPS panel has a brightness of 600 nits and supports 90 Hz frame rates. There is a waterdrop notch for the 8-megapixel selfie module. On the back, there is a dual main camera with 13MP and 2MP sensors.

Performance of OPPO A58x model is provided by 5G Dimensity 700 processor along with 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The built-in UFS 2.2 flash drive is 128 GB.

The power subsystem is represented by a 5000 mAh battery. Other equipment on the OPPO A58x includes stereo speakers and a Bluetooth 5.3 wireless adapter. The gadget is running Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1 firmware.

The novelty has already started to be sold in the Chinese market in purple, blue and black body colors. The cost of the base version of OPPO A58x is around $170.
