OnePlus is working on a successor to the Ace smartphone. Today, network insider Yogesh Brar revealed the technical details of the OnePlus Ace 2 smartphone.
The OnePlus Ace 2 will have a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a high refresh rate of 120Hz. At the top of the screen, there will be a hole for a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The source notes that under the hood the Ace 2 will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, which will be paired with 8GB, 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal memory. The smartphone will be equipped with a triple camera, including a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel module.
The OnePlus Ace 2 will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging. The smartphone will run on Android 13 operating system with ColorOS shell.
