Motorola is getting ready to launch a new flagship smartphone Edge 40 Pro. The phone is set to replace the Motorola Edge 30 Pro, which debuted earlier this year. The other day, the device was located on the FCC certification website, thanks to which the details of the power system became known.
According to the FCC, model number XT2301-4 will support 125W fast wired charging, as well as wireless and reverse wireless charging (capacity not yet known). Recall that the predecessor supported wired charging at 68 watts.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro is also expected to feature the newly unveiled Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship SoC.
The date of the official presentation of the new Motorola items has not yet been announced, but the appearance of the device on the FCC list means that its debut is already close.
