The division of Google Japan introduced the physical Gboard keyboard in a very unusual form factor. The novelty resembles a long stick - the buttons are placed in a row, which is why the length of this keyboard is 1650 mm. Google Japan believes that with the Gboard Bar it is easier to find the right key, and you can also enter text together.
This keyboard can also be used as a ruler or stand for fishing tackle. You can also tap the switch.
This is not the first such experiment by the company's Japanese branch. There, last year, they showed a cup-shaped version of the device for a traditional tea ceremony. And in the future, a flexible version of the Gboard Bar that can be rolled up and put in a pocket is planned.
So far this is just a joke, none of these devices have been released in the series, but the idea itself seems original.
