Computer master manages to extract 8.2Ghz from the unprecedented Core i9-13900K chip
Intel will offer Raptor Lake processors for sale starting October 20th. This will be the 13th generation of Core processors. Initially, three models of the new processor family will be available, namely Core i9-13900K/KF, Core i7-13700K/KF and Core i5-13600K/KF.
The most powerful Core i9-13900K model will be equipped with 24 physical cores (8 P-Core and 16 E-Core) and 32 processor threads. The highest frequency of the newcomers will be 5.8 gigahertz. This will be made possible by Digital Linear Voltage Regulator (DLVR) technology. This, of course, means more capacity.
The Intel Core i9-13900K processor has already proven itself to be a huge fan. Computer master Allen 'Splave' Golibersuch managed to wind up an incredible 8.2 gigahertz. The extraordinary feat was accomplished, of course, with the use of liquid nitrogen and a lot of patience. The computer assistant managed to increase the default frequency of the Core i9-13900K processor by up to 41%.
Computer geek Allen 'Splave' Golibersuch actually set a new CPU fan record with a recent feat. This recently belonged to the Ryzen 9 7950X processor, which computer masters managed to wind up to 7.2 gigahertz. This means that the frequency of the Intel Core i9-13900K processor was up to 11% higher compared to the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X processor.
