Brand today officially presented the Civi 2 smartphone

The novelty is again thin and light (with a 4500 mAh battery installed inside), but that is not the main thing. The Civi 2 is the first Xiaomi phone with a dual 32-megapixel front camera and the world's first based on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 single-chip system.

Almost only women appear in advertising materials - it's easy to understand what audience the device was designed for. Users will certainly appreciate both the gradient colors with sparkles and the special white version with wavy texture on the back panel.

The Civi 2 received a 6.55-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, frame rate of 120 Hz. The 2387 mm2 vapor chamber cooling system is responsible for the high quality cooling of the Snapdragon 7 Gen1.

The front camera uses two identical Samsung S5K3D2 image sensors with a resolution of 32 megapixels. Lenses - wide angle and ultra wide angle with 100° field of view. Xiaomi focuses maximum attention on the front camera: the announcement was accompanied by a large number of photos taken with its help, while the main camera received very little attention.

However, the camera's main sensor is in line with many of this year's flagships - the 50-megapixel Sony IMX766. It is accompanied by sensors with a resolution of 20 (Sony IMX376K) and 2 (GC02M1) megapixels.

The phone supports 67W charging. The device thickness is 7.23 mm, weight - 171.8 grams. The Civi 2 configuration has stereo speakers, an NFC chip, an IR emitter. Prices are as follows: 8/128GB - $335, 8/256GB - $350, 12/256GB - $390.
