Xperia 5 IV hits the market in October

Sony's official store on JD.com has announced the price of the previously announced Sony Xperia 5 IV smartphone in China, which will be $920. The smartphone will officially launch in October, the exact date will be announced later.

This is a flagship with a small screen with a diagonal of 6.1 inches and a body width of 67 mm, which is smaller than the Xiaomi Mi 12S and Samsung Galaxy S22. The device comes equipped with a 5000 mAh battery, while weighing just 172 g, like the iPhone 14.

Sony Xperia 5 IV uses an OLED HDR screen, is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship single-chip system, 8GB RAM and 256GB flash memory, three 12MP image sensors on the rear panel. It supports wired and wireless charging of 30 watts of unknown power. The smartphone meets the IP68 degree of protection.

Furthermore, the Sony Xperia 5 IV supports surround sound and high resolution audio. There is a 3.5mm jack and support for DSEE Ultimate and LDAC technologies.
