Brand announces the low-cost 10A Sport model

The Chinese company Xiaomi presented an inexpensive smartphone Redmi 10A Sport based on the MediaTek hardware platform. The device will be offered in Charcoal Black (black), Sea Blue (blue) and Slate Gray (grey) for an estimated price of US$140.

It uses the Helio G25 processor, which combines eight Cortex-A53 cores clocked up to 2.0 GHz, an IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics accelerator and an LTE modem. The chip works together with 6 GB of RAM.

A 5 megapixel camera is installed on the front; AI face unlock is supported. On the back is a single camera based on a 13-megapixel sensor.

The smartphone's arsenal includes a 128GB flash drive, 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.0 Wi-Fi adapters, and a 5000mAh battery. Dimensions are 164.9 × 77.07 × 9.0 mm, weight – 194 g.
