Bitcoin reaches another significant high today ($47,589)

According to CoinDesk, the price of bitcoin has surpassed $47,524 per unit, reaching a high since the beginning of this year. The market capitalization of the world's most popular cryptocurrency grew by 5% in one day, while the price of bitcoin increased by more than 12% in one week.
