Galaxy A53 is offered with a 15W charger only in the Brazilian market

On March 17th, Samsung announced to the world what is one of the company's best mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy A53. However, when the company announced the phone, it advertised it with a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.

It turns out that for users to be able to use this fast charging technology, they will have to have, or purchase a new charger, since for the first time in the company's history, a Galaxy A series smartphone is not sold with a charger. This means that when buying a Galaxy A53, you will have to bear in mind that it does not have any charger in the box.

It turns out that this situation will not happen in all markets. For example, in Brazil the South Korean company will supply a charger with the equipment. However, the supplied charger has only 15W, not being able to use all the 25W charging capacities.

Interestingly, Samsung Brazil makes no mention of the contents of the Galaxy A53 box. However, several unboxing videos of the Brazilian variant of this smartphone show that it has a larger box that includes a charger.

We don't know the reasons why the company decided to give this special treatment to Brazilians, but it will certainly have to do with a fine that local authorities applied to Apple, for not providing a charger with the iPhone.... and the company does not want to suffer with the same treatment.
