Brand announces the release of a new gaming accessory for Android gaming enthusiasts

HyperX Clutch (pictured above) is a gamepad on which the mobile phone can be mounted, thus obtaining a gaming experience in the style of game consoles. The accessory supplied with Bluetooth connection includes four programmable buttons and two stickers in the style of gamepads for Xbox consoles and adjustable stand on which you can mount cell phones up to 86mm wide.

As the Clutch accessory works like a PC controller, the adjustable strap can be completely removed, resulting in an Xbox-compatible gamepad design.

Powered by its own battery, the HyperX Clutch can operate for up to 19 hours on a single charge, connected to the smartphone in Bluetooth mode. Instead, on the PC the connection is made in Wi-Fi mode, offering a little more flexibility in terms of coverage, at the expense of battery consumption.

Contrary to popular belief, the HyperX Clutch is being launched as a low-cost gaming accessory, available from March for around $50. Considering the HyperX brand's overall good reputation, in addition to the fact that the accessory can be used both Android games and PC titles, buying the new gadget seems like a choice without much chance of failure.
