Harmony OS will have a new update

So far, the system works on more than 150 million smartphones from Huawei and Honor. However, all these facilities are in Asia, mainly in China. The availability of this system for everyone is now emerging. Huawei President for Central and Eastern Europe Derek Yu said in a recent interview that the global version of HarmonyOS will be released in 2022. Currently, only EMUI 12 is available for non-Chinese users. performance will increase by up to 10%. Unfortunately, no more specific information was provided.

HarmonyOS 3.0 is already in development, which will enter beta testing as early as 2022. So the question is whether Huawei will not wait for this new version of the system with global expansion, or first deploy HarmonyOS 2.0 globally and then deliver updates for one latest version version.

In the Czech Republic for example, you can buy a Watch 3/3 Pro watch and a MatePad 11 tablet with this system. The new Nova 9 smartphone doesn't have the Harmony.

It is very likely that, by the end of this year, the system will have more than 300 million users (mostly from china). This update is also the biggest update from Huawei in its history.
