Brand prepares mid-range gadget, according to Geekbench

In the popular Geekbench benchmark database, information about the mid-range smartphone SM-M336BU, which Samsung is preparing for launch, appeared. The forecast is that the new product will appear on the commercial market under the name Galaxy M33 5G, replacing the Galaxy M32 model (in the first image).

It is known that the device will be based on the Exynos 1200 processor. This chip contains eight computing cores in the form of two clusters: one of them combines two cores with a clock frequency of up to 2.4 GHz, the second – six cores with one clock frequency up to 2.0 GHz.

The hardware platform supports fifth-generation (5G) mobile communications. The smartphone version tested on Geekbench was equipped with 6 GB of RAM. Geekbench's single-core performance is 726 points, while the multi-core performance is 1,830 points. The Galaxy M33 5G smartphone comes with Android 12 ready to use.

The novelty is credited with the presence of a 6.5-inch FHD+ screen and a 13-megapixel front camera. On the back of the case there will be a quad camera in a configuration of 64 + 8 + 5 + 2 million pixels. Power will be supplied by a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 6,000 mAh.
