Halo becomes TV series

Microsoft editors, as part of a special broadcast dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Xbox, presented the teaser trailer for the debut of the series based on the sci-fi series

The revealed video lasts just under half a minute and in fragments demonstrates the process of dressing the Spartan Master Chief in his iconic armor. Cortana greets the hero next.

As was known, Pablo Schreiber will play the role of Master Chief in the next adaptation, while Jen Taylor, Cortana's voice actor in the games, will play his assistant AI.

Based on Halo, the series tells an original story in the familiar setting of a human war against the unstoppable alien Covenant alliance that seeks to destroy humanity.

The show is scheduled to debut in early 2022 exclusively on the Paramount+ cloud service. It was previously reported that showrunner Steven Kane will be leaving the project after its rookie season.
