Brand presents new TV line with ColorOS TV and remote control with NFC support
The novelty is made in an all-metal box and features 55-inch and 65-inch LCD panels with DLED backlighting.
Both 55-inch and 65-inch TVs have 4K screens. The displays in both cases provide 93% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and emit very little harmful blue light. The Oppo Smart TV R1 Enjoy Edition is compatible with HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG. The larger 65-inch model supports MEMC technology.
The more compact 55-inch model is equipped with a quad-core processor with Cortex-A53 cores, while the 65-inch TV is based on a quad-core chip with faster Cortex-A73 cores. GPU Mali G52 MC1 is responsible for graphics processing in both cases. Both TVs are equipped with 2GB of RAM, but the 55-inch model is equipped with 16GB of storage, and the 65-inch version carries 32GB of permanent memory on board.
Both TVs run the ColorOS TV operating system. The remote has NFC support for Oppo Share file sharing function. The set of ports includes two USB 2.0 connectors, one DTMB and one LAN. The 55 “ model is equipped with three HDMI 2.0 ports and one RCA coaxial digital audio port. The 65-inch version has three HDMI 2.1 connectors, one of which is eARC compatible, an optical digital audio port, and a 3-in-1 miniAV.
One of the main features of the new TVs are powerful 15 watt speakers with a total power of 30 watts. These speakers were developed in conjunction with Dynaudio and support Dolby Audio. The new TVs will go on sale on November 30th. The 55-inch model will cost $625, while the 65-inch Samrt TV R1 Enjoy Edition will cost $785.
