Brand launches iOS 13.7 with new features of the COVID-19 Contact Notification API

Apple today released the iOS 13.7 mobile operating system, which significantly expanded the capabilities of the COVID-19 Contact Notification API. Now, government health officials do not need to develop special applications. All the necessary features are already present in the firmware.
Users who install the new software will be able to receive contact notifications from COVID-19 simply by agreeing to use Express Status Alerts. This will greatly facilitate the implementation of the service by health authorities in states that do not have the resources to develop the corresponding applications on their own. Apple would have consulted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the CDC, the Public Health Laboratories Association and many others to develop a new express notification service
States that choose to use COVID-19 Express Contact Notifications will only need to provide Apple with information on how to contact health officials, instructions for local residents and advice on what to do. In addition to the logo, criteria for triggering contact notifications and materials that will be made available to users in case of suspected contact with a sick person. At the moment, only 20 states have launched applications using Apple APIs.
The rest of the noticeable innovations in the new iOS 13.7 were not found. It is reported that the overall performance of the system has been improved and some bugs fixed.
