PRESTIGIO
Brand launches graphene-based battery for smartphones, tablets and other devices
Prestigio announced the first external batteries in the European market, made with one of the most promising materials in electronics - graphene.
Batteries have several advantages over their counterparts made using traditional technologies. The fact is that graphene has high thermal conductivity and electronic mobility. Thanks to this, the batteries are resistant to high temperatures and can be supplied with more voltage, due to which they are charged several times faster than conventional batteries. In addition, they are environmentally friendly.
Prestigio introduced the external batteries Graphene PD with a capacity of 10,000 mAh and Graphene PD Pro with a capacity of 20,000 mAh. The first model charges from 0 to 100% in just 50 minutes (using the included 60 watt charger), while the second takes 100 minutes.
In addition, the batteries themselves are in fast mode and, in addition, have 10 W wireless charging - it is universal and compatible with all Qi devices. The batteries are equipped with a multi-level protection system for safe charging, in accordance with international standards.
The body is made of metal and tempered glass. Both models are equipped with USB Type C and USB 3.0 Type A connectors, allowing you to charge multiple devices at the same time. The set includes a genuine leather case to protect the batteries.
Sales of new products will begin in September; the price has not yet been released, unfortunately.
