Why Instagram wants Tik Tok bloggers?

According to online sources, Facebook, owner of the social network Instagram, is trying to attract popular TikTok bloggers to its new platform, Reels. According to reports, Facebook has already made "big deals" for some popular bloggers.
Remember that Instagram Reels is a TikTok analogue and the project will be launched soon in some countries, including the United States. The service is now available to users in Brazil, France and Germany. It seems that it was this activity on Facebook that led TikTok to create a $200 million fund dedicated to supporting users of the platform. TikTok users who are at least 18 years old and who regularly post content that meets the requirements of the social network can request funds from the fund. Obviously, Facebook can afford to spend a significant amount of money recruiting popular bloggers for its new platform, so TikTok's recent offering may prove less profitable.
Probably Facebook is using its most advantageous position in the market to promote the new platform, since recently the TikTok service in the United States and in several other countries has been accused of introducing espionage activities and collecting information about users. Eight of the top ten TikTok bloggers are located in the United States, which can also be played in the hands of Reels, especially if TikTok is officially banned in the country.
In the coming weeks, Instagram Reels will be available in several countries. Service users will be able to record and publish short videos, covering them with songs from the available recordings catalog. The most popular content will be displayed in the recommendations section, similar to the way it is implemented in TikTok.
