The toaster that is smartphone friendly

On the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform, funds are being raised for the launch of a very unusual device called Phone Toaster: now you can order the product for the price of $79.
Externally, the gadget looks like a hybrid of a retro-style radio and a toaster with a compartment on top. In fact, the novelty is a symbiosis of various smartphone accessories.
Said compartment can accommodate a cellular device for wireless charging and disinfection. The replenishment of energy is carried out using Qi technology and takes approximately five minutes to kill bacteria using ultraviolet radiation.



In addition, the novelty can function as a wireless speaker: Bluetooth 5.1 is supported, the output power is 8 W.
Additional features include analog clock, alarm clock and USB Type A port for fast charging of wired smartphone (18 W).
The unusual gadget measures 234 × 155.5 × 120 mm and weighs 1.5 kg. The load / disinfection compartment can accommodate smartphones up to 80.8 x 172.3 x 11.9 mm, including popular models like the Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
