Silent mini-computer supports image display on two 4K screens

IBase Technology introduced the SI-642-N small form factor computer, designed for use in the commercial sector, offices of several companies, etc.
The device is intended for the formation of visualization systems based on two monitors. Two HDMI panels with a resolution of up to 4096 × 2160 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz can be connected via HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2.
The foundation is the 8th generation Intel Core U-Series processor, with an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 accelerator. The computer has a fanless design and therefore does not produce noise during operation. The ribbed top surface acts as a radiator to remove heat.



For DDR4-2400 RAM modules with a total capacity of up to 32 GB, two SO-DIMM slots are available. It is possible to install a solid state drive with frame size M.2 2280.
The equipment includes Intel I219LM Gigabit LAN and Intel I211AT Gigabit LAN network controllers. The mini computer can be equipped with a 4G / LTE modem and a wireless Wi-Fi adapter. Four peripherals are provided to connect USB 3.1 Gen2.
He talks about compatibility with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise RS5 and Ubuntu operating systems. There is no estimated pricing information yet.
